About the Role
This role is for someone who thrives in a rapid-growth and high‑velocity environment. The candidate will grow Clio’s customer base by consulting prospective clients on Clio’s Suite offerings, focusing on new accounts across all segments and building relationships with confidence and sensitivity to prospects’ needs.Responsibilities
Work MQLs across all segments. Develop qualifying skills for both cold and warm leads. Handle call volumes of 50–70 per day. Collaborate directly with Account Executives. Create awareness, boost interest, and set up demonstrations of Clio’s products. Build an understanding of the assigned territory/segment and develop unique solutions to uncover prospects and create leads.Develop fundamental sales skills through regular training and review cycles. Consult and adapt to an evolving sales environment. Understand customers’ practice areas, competitive differentiators, technical requirements, and demonstrate Clio’s value proposition. Report on weekly qualitative and quantitative metrics.Document all sales activities in Salesforce and meet daily KPIs. Qualifications
1–2 years of sales experience or transferable experience, including cold‑calling. Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud‑based products. A competitive mindset. A continuous‑improvement mindset and a keen interest in improving craft using AI. Bonus: Sales experience and training ata leading tech/IT company; experience at a SaaS company.Compensation&Benefits
Base salary: 52,500CAD (plus an expected commission of 22,500CAD). Uncapped commission earnings beyond the stated amounts. Competitive, equitable salary with top‑tier health, dental, and vision insurance. Hybrid work environment with an expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.Flexible time‑off policy, encouraged 20 days off per year. 2,000CAD annual counseling benefit.
