Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher -IT to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with diverse needs. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's developmental milestones, and collaborating with families to promote a positive educational experience.Duties

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and behavioral patterns Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance and caregiving strategiesCollaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support individual needs, including working with children with disabilities Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and assessments Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health&safety standards Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education best practices Experience

Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood development stages Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including child development theories and age-specific activitiesStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, colleagues, and community partners This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives through dedicated teaching and compassionate care.
