Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet sales targets and operational goals Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed Demonstrate professionalism through phone etiquette and organizational skills during customer interactions Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for transaction processing Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service excellence Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced workplace Organizational skills necessary for maintaining displays and managing stock levels Previous experience in technology sales or merchandising is a plus but not required Join our team as a Sales Representative where your skills will help us deliver outstanding service while advancing your career in a vibrant retail environment.
