As a Mobile Security Supervisor at SSRG, you will oversee field staff during shifts and provide ongoing coaching on patrol and alarm procedures. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency while liaising with clients during emergencies and enforcing company policies. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to security management.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and support mobile security staff during assigned shifts • Provide training and guidance to ensure proper procedures • Assist with alarm response and building patrols • Liaise between clients and site staff in emergencies • Conduct staff follow-ups regarding performance issues

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience • At least 3 years of security experience • Valid BC Security Worker License • Basic First Aid Certification • Clean Class 5 Driver’s License
