As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will provide critical support and supervision to mobile security staff while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires at least two years of supervisory experience and three years of security service. Your proactive approach will aid in alarm responses, site patrols, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise mobile security staff during shifts • Train and guide personnel on patrol and investigation procedures • Respond to alarms and conduct site patrols • Liaise with clients and handle emergency situations • Provide coaching and performance evaluations to staff

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience • Minimum 3 years of security industry experience • Valid BC Security Worker License • First Aid Certification (Level 1 or equivalent) • Strong communication and computer skills
