To learn more about careers in Implementation at ADP, visit: Jobs.adp.ca What you'll do Responsibilities Configuration of the Work Force Suite (Time, Absence, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client's business requirements using various tools including scripting and logic. Lead and participate in business requirements gathering and refinement with the client through meetings and client workshops. Create and maintain BRD, use cases, and process diagrams. Understand Work Force Suite product configuration requirements (naming conventions, impact on the database, customizing templates, troubleshooting settings, proper sequence of product settings and implementation). Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the solution. Understand project scope and implementation approach; identify and escalate out-of-scope requirements to key stakeholders. Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges; communicate roadblocks and seek guidance in a timely manner. Create complex formulas leveraging mathematical and/or programming skills. Perform unit and system testing of the configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by requirements. Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for each product or service implementation; help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products through expertise and relationship-building. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction; identify and prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones. What You Can Expect On a Typical Day As above in responsibilities. Requirements Post-secondary education or related business experience.IT certification or technical background.4-6 years of experience in Work Force Management software implementations. Minimum 3-5 years experience with programming language, preferably Java Script and/or SQL. Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel. Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role. Ability to work on multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up items simultaneously. Familiarity with report writers such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Actuate, etc. Ability to travel up to 5-10%. Preferred Qualifications Strong comprehension of Workforce Software implementation principles and lifecycles. Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances. Aptitude to work on a dynamic, client-focused team and establish excellent working relationships. Familiarity with or background in time and labour management. Experience providing application support for complex software systems. The posted compensation for this role is CAD $81,500.00 - CAD $130,200.00 per year, with additional compensation possibilities in some cases.
