Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an ICBC and Personal Lines Insurance Broker located in Burnaby, BC. In this role, you will assist clients by providing expert advice on ICBC and personal lines insurance products, processing transactions, and ensuring clients receive the best coverage solutions for their needs. You will evaluate customer requirements, offer personalized recommendations, and build strong client relationships while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Additional responsibilities include managing policy renewals, addressing client inquiries, and resolving claims-related concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ICBC transactions and Personal Lines insurance products

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

Attention to detail, accuracy in processing, and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and policies

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Level 1 Insurance License is required; Level 2 is an asset

Experience with insurance brokerage management systems is an asset

Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
