Warehouse Supervisor On-Site Role, Burnaby

Lead operations as a Warehouse Supervisor, managing a team of 11-15 staff in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will ensure efficient task organization, prioritize workflows, and maintain high productivity levels.

In this on-site role, you will have at least two years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include developing action plans, coordinating departmental activities, and training team members in their duties and company policies. You'll also monitor equipment condition and report on performance outcomes to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
