As a leader in this role, you will ensure that all arboricultural tasks are performed correctly and safely. You will take responsibility for crew supervision, worker training, and equipment operation, aligning with company safety practices. The ability to foster positive client relationships and maintain high standards of service is key.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform and supervise various tree care operations • Conduct pruning, rigging, and removals safely • Ensure equipment is maintained and operated properly • Train team members for effective job performance • Communicate effectively with clients for service clarity

Requirements:• At least three years of tree climbing experience • Clean driving record and valid driver's license • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons • Strong initiative and teamwork perspective • Passionate about environmental stewardship
