**Job Title: Production Assembler** **Job Description** This role focuses on assembling medical devices on a fast-paced production line and supporting cleanroom operations as needed. You will work at multiple stations using small hand tools, follow detailed written instructions in English, and contribute to a continuous flow of high-quality products. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and comfort working both on the main production line and in a cleanroom environment. **Responsibilities** Work as part of a production team to complete medical device assembly orders on a fast-paced line. Rotate through approximately 12 assembly stations and complete cross-training over a period of 2u20133 months. Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers. Assemble small components and parts with precision, maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards. Work at a designated station alongside team members and independently when required to maintain continuous product flow. Maintain production pace to prevent bottlenecks and support consistent throughput on the line. Support cleanroom operations on a rotating schedule, including working in the cleanroom for the first full week if needed. Perform cleanroom tasks such as labeling products, sealing packaging pouches, and completing other assigned duties while standing for the entire shift. Wear provided protective garments, including a heavy jacket, when working in the cleanroom. Use basic computer skills to complete required tasks, documentation, or system interactions as directed. Lift items up to 30 pounds as needed (not repetitively) to support production activities. Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to follow instructions and collaborate with the team. Adhere strictly to cleanroom and production floor rules, including restrictions on cosmetics, jewelry, phones, eating, and drinking. Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** Valid visa with at least 2 years remaining from the date of hire. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced production line environment. Willingness and ability to commit to a 1-year contract, with the understanding that it cannot extend beyond one year. Experience using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers for assembly work. Ability to handle and assemble small pieces and parts with accuracy and care. Ability to stand for the entire shift, including while working in the cleanroom. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (not repetitively) as part of regular duties. Basic computer skills, with readiness to be tested during screening. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and reading, with willingness to complete language testing. Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with strict protocols and no exceptions. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail and product quality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Soldering experience, particularly in a regulated production environment. Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly experience in a highly regulated work setting. Ability to read and follow soldering instructions, including matching numbers to wires and performing accurate soldering work. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to different stations and tasks. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork orientation. The production floor has approximately 60 team members and operates at a continuous, fast pace. You will regularly use small hand tools and basic computer systems. The role includes working in a cleanroom on a rotating schedule, including the first full week if needed, where you will stand for the entire shift and perform tasks such as labeling products and sealing packaging pouches. A heavy jacket is provided for cleanroom work. The dress code is casual; however, strict cleanroom rules apply: cosmetics (including makeup, mascara, eyeliner), hair products, aftershaves, perfumes, fingernail polish, and fake nails are not permitted; all jewelry (earrings, rings, bracelets, watches, etc.) must be removed. Because cleanroom assignments can occur at any time, these restrictions apply throughout your shift. Skin conditions must be discussed in advance to ensure compliance with cleanroom standards.
