Store Manager role involves leading the store team, inspiring, and developing staff while ensuring excellent customer engagement and store profitability. This position requires a strong focus on sales goals, store operations, expense control, and a culture of inclusivity. Responsibilities Strategically lead the team to maximize and achieve store sales goals and monitor progress against key targets. Model and foster a consumer‑centric mindset, demonstrating selling behaviors through interaction with consumers. Attract, recruit and hire high‑caliber, diverse talent and maintain a strong succession plan. Provide direct coaching, feedback, training and supervision of associates. Set expectations for customer engagement, store policies, procedures and hiring standards. Manage expenses to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring the team is equipped to meet store goals. Qualifications 3‑5+ years of related professional/retail management experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Ability to meet business goals by driving results through store teams. Strong coaching and motivating skills to drive sales and profit outcomes. Proven communication skills. Solution‑oriented and flexible in a fast‑paced environment. Formal education and/or undergraduate/graduate degrees are a plus, but total experience and achievements are prioritized. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Range: $29.85 – $40.95 CAD per hour. Incentive Potential: Eligible for an annual incentive plan, sales incentive or commission potential, details provided during recruiting.
