Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct proactive outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, and B2B outreach to prospective clients. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting the advantages of managed print services and copiers. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential. Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on managed print solutions or copiers. Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close high-value deals effectively. Excellent business development capabilities with a knack for generating new leads through cold calling and networking.Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales pipelines and customer interactions. Solid understanding of territory management principles to optimize coverage and maximize opportunities. Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and engaging presentations. Customer service orientation combined with analysis skills to understand client requirements deeply.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in retail or inside sales environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for technical products is essential. Strong negotiation skills paired with a proactive attitude toward upselling and expanding client relationships.Benefits
