Job Description Summary

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a Scientific Communications Associate to support the execution and growth of the STEMCELL Science News program. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Scientific Communications, and involves researching and curating scientific literature, publishing content across websites, newsletters, and social media, monitoring audience engagement, and contributing insights for program optimization.Duties and Responsibilities

Perform scientific literature searches to find timely and high-impact science news, events, jobs, and other relevant content. Publish curated content on the STEMCELL Science News website, in newsletters, and on social media. Monitor social media platforms and actively engage with scientific audiences.Track, analyze, and report on program performance using key metrics. Support and manage relationships with external media partners to amplify the reach of the STEMCELL Science News program. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the STEMCELL Science News program through new processes, tools, and systems.Knowledge and Qualifications

BSc with up to 2 years of work, co‑op, or volunteer experience in a scientific setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to translate scientific concepts into clear, engaging content. Familiarity with scientific literature, academic publishing, and interpreting research articles.Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $58,500.00– $79,100.00. Salary is determined within this range based on experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team. Health benefits, retirement savings, and additional total rewards package are provided. Equal Opportunity Employer
