General Help / Machine operator (Bolton)

We are currently hiring experienced and motivated Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in the Bolton area. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Job Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company procedures - Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing quality products - Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting when required - Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines - Inspect products during and after production to ensure quality standards are met - Record production information, machine performance, and downtime accurately - Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment - Identify and report mechanical problems, safety concerns, or defective materials - Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets - Safely handle materials and products throughout the production process - Work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow efficiency - Maintain a clean and organized work area following workplace safety standards - Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Requirements - Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions - Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Good communication and teamwork skills - Reliable transportation to Bolton area - Flexible to work day, afternoon, or night shifts Pay: $17.20-$18.60 per hour Experience: - Manufacturing: 1 year (required) - Machine operation: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nakz7
