Operations Project Manager - DM Elite Talent (Bolton)

We’re looking for a hands-on Project & Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and manage projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing plant operations, customer coordination, production planning, and project execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution - Oversee shop drawings, project documentation, and change orders - Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively - Supervise daily plant operations, including machine shop, shipping/receiving, and inventory management - Support purchasing, material planning, and production scheduling - Maintain safe and efficient operational processes and procedures Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations, construction, or project management - Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing or construction environments - Experience managing suppliers, customers, and production teams - Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience with SAGE/MAS software is an asset - CAD knowledge is considered an asset Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ndb9o
