Location Bolton, ON (On-site) Salary $80,000 – $115,000 CAD per year Job Type Full-time, Permanent What You’ll Do - Lead the Team: Directly manage technicians, drivers, and yard staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous development. - Master the Logistics: Oversee the intake, maintenance, and dispatch of a large-scale Power & HVAC rental fleet. - Drive Operational Excellence: Keep the branch running like a well‑oiled machine—equipment "ready to rent," facilities meticulously organized, and schedules running smoothly. - Problem‑Solve Under Pressure: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational challenges, maintaining composure and clear communication during peak periods. - Collaborate on Performance: Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For - Experience: 3–5 years in equipment rental, industrial logistics, or HVAC/mechanical operations. Solid heavy equipment or rental industry background highly preferred. - Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop people in a demanding environment. - Multi‑Tasking: Demonstrated skill in juggling high volumes of competing priorities without losing attention to detail. - Calm Under Pressure: You remain composed, professional, and effective when the pace intensifies. - Organizational Excellence: Process‑driven mindset—you understand that a clean shop and a clear schedule drive results. - Communication: Strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills. Requirements - High school diploma required; post‑secondary education is an asset. - Updated resume. - Three (3) professional references who can speak to your leadership and operational experience.
