About the Role We are currently seeking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members or individuals with relevant landscaping/horticulture experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the landscaping industry. This position offers year-round employment, including participation in winter maintenance operations. Responsibilities - Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging) - Garden bed installation and maintenance - Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers - Mulch, soil, and sod installation - Property cleanups (spring and fall) - Assisting with hardscape projects (interlock, grading, etc.) - Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely - Winter duties including snow removal and site maintenance - Maintaining clean and organized job sites Requirements - Valid full G driver’s licence (required) - Experience towing and maneuvering trailers (a strong asset) - Hands-on experience operating landscaping equipment (including zero-turn mowers) - Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and minor repairs - Solid work ethic and reliability - Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions - Ability to lift 50+ lbs - Ability to take direction and work as part of a team including training and overseeing other crew members What We’re Looking For - Someone seeking long-term growth within a company - A dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in their work - A team player with a positive attitude and able to lead a crew Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.50-$23.50 per hour Application question(s) - Do you have your own reliable transportation to arrive at the shop in Palgrave, ON by 6:00AM daily? - Do you have a minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience including operating zero turn lawn mowers, trimmers etc.? - Do you have a valid G licence and experience driving pickup trucks?
