Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Caledon, ON. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure client satisfaction through skilled and timely communication. You will be responsible for supporting customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, order entry, providing accurate billing, and fostering positive relationships to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continually improve operational processes. Qualifications - Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction roles - Strong skills in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining positive client relationships - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team-oriented, on-site environment - Proficiency in using customer service software or tools is a plus - Familiarity with logistics or warehousing industries is beneficial - High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications are an advantage - Order entry and Data experience Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o3nxg
