Field Service Welding Forman (Amaranth)

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead field crews of 2 to 4 guys while actively performing welding, fabrication, repairs, and installations within the aggregate and plastics industries. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular travel and short-term out-of-town work. Responsibilities - Lead and work alongside field crews on welding and installation projects - Perform welding, cutting, fitting, grinding, and repairs on heavy equipment and industrial machinery - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Coordinate job site activities and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently - Troubleshoot field issues and maintain strong communication with customers and team members - Complete service reports and related documentation - Travel to customer job sites using company-provided vehicles and tools Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of welding and field service experience - Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred - Proficient in stick welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and lead a crew - Robust understanding of welding safety practices - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer - Competitive hourly wage - Benefits package - Company vehicle and tools provided - Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth If you are a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys field work and travel, we encourage you to apply.
