HVAC Service Technician (Mono)

Responsibilities - Perform diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals - Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, including welding and assembly tasks - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete service procedures efficiently - Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move parts or equipment safely - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work setting at all times - Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service timelines - Adhere to company standards for quality and safety during all service activities - Previous Fireplace installation/repair experience an asset Skills - Proven experience or HVAC repair background preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams - Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment - Analyze, repair, restore equipment and systems to full operation and recommend repairs if necessary - Participate in the on-call, after-hours rotation- Must be able to work occasional overtime, after hours, weekends and holidays - Responsible for completing work / service orders within the allotted time frames - Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently - Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude - This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about HVAC repair and maintenance, seeking to develop their skills within a professional team environment.
