Internal Sales Assistant (m/f/d) Location: Bolton, United Kingdom

Your role:

Support and further develop customer relationships through day-to-day sales support and telephone contact

Prepare, follow up, and review quotations, orders, and samples

Assist with price enquiries, annual quotations, and smooth order processing

Maintain customer and project data in the system and support delivery schedule follow-up and contract tracking

Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service

Prepare reports and support sales-related activities and marketing campaigns

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Initial experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role

Structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and internal stakeholders

Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with ERP or CRM systems

Good English skills (C1)
