Pay: Competitive pay — depends on experience Job Type: Full time : Unity Recruitments Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Halal Butcher for a well-established halal meat company in Bolton, Ontario. We are looking for a skilled individual who has strong experience in cutting, trimming, and preparing meat according to halal standards while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations. Responsibilities: Cut, trim, debone, and prepare beef, lamb, chicken, and other meats according to halal requirements Perform meat cutting and processing using proper halal methods and practices Ensure meat is handled, stored, and prepared according to food safety and sanitation standards Use knives, saws, grinders, and other butchering equipment safely and efficiently Inspect meat quality and ensure freshness standards are met Portion and package meat according to company specifications Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment Follow workplace health and safety procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced refrigerated environment Assist with inventory handling and stock rotation when required Requirements: Previous experience as a Butcher / Halal Meat Cutter Strong knowledge of halal meat cutting methods Skilled in cutting, trimming, and deboning different types of meat Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Physically fit and able to lift heavy products Ability to work in a cold environment Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable, hardworking, and punctual Team player with good communication skills What We Offer: Market-competitive salary based on experience Full-time stable prospect Long-term growth opportunities Supportive work environment Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Experience Butchery: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ojty7
