Experienced Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef – MAD PIZZA MAD PIZZA is looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our quick-paced NY-style pizza kitchen. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas Stretch dough, manage toppings, and operate pizza oven Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards Support kitchen operations during busy rush periods Requirements: Experience working in a pizza restaurant or fast-paced kitchen Strong knowledge of dough handling and pizza preparation Ability to work efficiently under pressure Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Weekend and evening availability required Experience with NY-style pizza or rotating/dome ovens is an asset.
