Receive inbound sales calls from existing and new customers. Relationship-building skills and probing abilities to successfully close a sale. Creating a need by educating customers on products and services and maximizing the sales potential. Qualifications: Completed high school diploma or higher. Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customers' demands. Possess superior multitasking abilities. Able to achieve sales quotas. Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required. Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Must be punctual and committed to work schedules. Ability to positively influence others.
