Insured By Karam Team is looking for a Sales & Customer Service Driven individual to join our growing team in Caledon, ON. Responsibilities - Generate recent business through networking and referrals - Identify and solve clients’ changing insurance needs - Review quotes and recommend suitable coverage options - Follow underwriting guidelines from our insurance partners - Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships - Deliver outstanding customer service and support - Ability to work from office or remotely with flexibility What We’re Looking For: - Sales-oriented and outgoing personality - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to generate leads and close sales - Self-motivated with a positive attitude - RIBO Licensed preferred (or willing to obtain) We offer a competitive compensation structure, growth opportunities, and a technology-driven work environment.
