Landscape Technician We are currently hiring individuals to join our Horticulture team as Landscape Technicians for the 2026 season. With three golf courses ranked in SCOREGolf’s Top 100 and as host of the 2025 and 2026 RBC Canadian Open, an experience at Osprey Valley is truly unlike any other. Our property continues to grow and now includes 2 clubhouses, 15 villas, the headquarters of Golf Canada, and the Canadian Golf Hall of Fame. These expanded amenities offer a wide variety of landscapes designed for guests to relax, explore, and enjoy. As a Landscape Technician, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining exceptional landscapes under the guidance of our experienced Horticulture Supervisor team. Areas of Responsibility: · Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment to support employee well-being and productivity. · Deliver outstanding service at every opportunity to elevate the overall guest experience. · Operate equipment, including leaf blowers, string trimmers, power tools, zero-turn mowers, push mowers, sweepers, utility vehicles, small tractors, and trailers. · Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, perennials, and annual garden beds. · Maintaining turf areas around facilities utilizing mowers and trimmers. · Irrigation system maintenance and repair · Ensure cleanliness of grounds, buildings, and parking lots. · Provide general labour support as required. What You Will Need to Succeed: · A positive work ethic with strong reliability and punctuality. · Availability for early mornings Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as required. · Physical ability to successfully perform tasks common to the ground maintenance industry, including mowing, gardening, tree planting, irrigation repair, digging, and lifting. · Proven ability to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and on schedule, both independently and as part of a team. · Positive attitude with effective communication and critical thinking skills. · Previous golf maintenance or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required. · CSA-approved safety footwear. · Ability to work in all weather conditions. · Valid driver’s license. Job Types: Full-time, seasonal (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays) Compensation: Starting at $18.50 to $22/hr, depending on experience, with a work schedule of 40-45hrs/wk.
