Field Service Technician (Hiring Multiple Positions) (Bolton)

Just Sealing | Seasonal (May–November) | Full-Time | $18-27 Role Overview Technicians are responsible for completing exterior restoration services to company standards while maintaining safe, organized, and efficient job sites. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and developing skilled trade experience. Lead Technicians oversee job execution while leading a 2-person crew in the field. This role requires robust technical ability, leadership skills, organization, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project. At Just Sealing, we specialize in exterior restoration and surface protection services for residential and commercial properties, including pressure washing, sanding, sealing, and surface restoration. We’re growing our exterior restoration team and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join us as either Technicians or Lead Technicians. Key Responsibilities Exterior Restoration & Surface Protection (Both Roles) - Perform pressure washing, sanding, sealing, and restoration services - Follow all SOPs and safety procedures on every job site - Maintain equipment, tool, and vehicle cleanliness - Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail - Document completed work with before-and-after photos - Accurately complete daily job records and time tracking - Maintain professionalism on customer properties - Continue developing skills across company service offerings Lead Technician Responsibilities (in addition to above): - Lead a 2-person crew independently on residential and commercial projects - Conduct pre-project and post-project quality inspections - Train and mentor technicians on procedures, techniques, and safety standards - Communicate professionally with customers on-site - Manage crew, equipment, tools, and material organization - Identify and close upsell opportunities when appropriate - Ensure all work meets company SOPs and quality expectations Mandatory Requirements Technician: - Reliable transportation - Access to a smartphone - Ability to complete all required training (equipment, safety, and operational systems) - Valid G-class driver’s licence (or higher) preferred - Ability to perform sustained outdoor physical labour in varying weather conditions - Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs - Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and equipment use - Ability to work in environments with exposure to heat, cold, sun, noise, dust, pollen, and job materials Lead Technician (in addition to above): - Valid G-class driver’s licence (or higher) with a clean driving abstract - Consent to driver’s abstract verification What We’re Looking For - Experience in sealing, pressure washing, restoration, construction, or related field work is an asset - Leadership experience or proven ability to manage a crew is an asset for Lead Technician applicants - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship - Professional communication and customer service skills - Ability to problem-solve independently on-site - Reliable, organized, and safety-focused Why Join Us? - Growth-focused company with leadership opportunities - Hands-on training and skill development - Supportive team culture - Opportunity to build a long-term career in exterior restoration Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour Application question(s): - Are you available to work full-time from May through November? - Are you comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions? - Are you able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs? - Which role are you interested in? - Do you have experience in sealing, pressure washing, restoration, construction, or related field work? - Where are you located? - Do you have experience in home services? - Are you comfortable with flexible scheduling and varying work hours based on weather, project timelines, and seasonal demand? - Are you willing to work weekends?
