Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while assisting with food preparation and supporting the overall efficiency of our culinary operations. Responsibilities - Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, countertops, and storage spaces. - Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. - Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. - Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly. Qualifications - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with food service operations, including cooking, cleaning, and food handling practices. - Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. - Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary tasks and kitchen operations. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
