Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services tailored to each patient's needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical histories. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Requirements Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist. Prior experience in hospital settings preferred, especially in acute care environments. Robust knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to physical therapy. Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
