Warehouse Operations Manager at NFI (Bolton)

Lead daily operations at a large warehouse with NFI. Manage personnel and optimize processes in a 24/7 quick-paced environment while ensuring safety and efficiency. As a Warehouse Operations Manager II, you will oversee a significant facility, focusing on leadership, operational planning, and team performance. Your role involves managing shipping and receiving schedules, tracking machinery maintenance, and guaranteeing personnel productivity aligns with business objectives. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll develop effective strategies while supporting employees through meetings and training.
