In this position, you'll lead security efforts across Town facilities, ensuring a secure experience for staff and patrons. Your role involves responding to emergencies and supporting local events with exceptional service. Experience in high-pressure situations and community safety initiatives is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Act as first responder to security incidents and alerts - Patrol Town properties to deter illegal activities - Liaise with emergency services and prepare incident reports - Support safety drills, lockdowns, and evacuations - Enforce security measures at community events Requirements: - Diploma in Law Enforcement or closely related field - 3 years' related experience in security enforcement - Valid Provincial Security Guard licence - Certification in CPR, First Aid and conflict de-escalation - Ability to work flexible hours across multiple locations Bring your skills in security response and customer service to the Town of Caledon.
