Rogers Sales Associate (Caledon)

Part-Time Rogers Sales Associate CellKonnect – Rogers Authorized Dealer Caledon, Ontario CellKonnect, an authorized Rogers dealer, is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Part-Time Rogers Sales Associate to join our Caledon location. We are looking for someone who already has previous Rogers wireless sales experience and understands Rogers plans, activations, upgrades, financing, accessories, and customer service standards. Responsibilities - Assist customers with Rogers wireless plans, device upgrades, new activations, and accessories - Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships - Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth - Explain Rogers promotions, financing options, and value-added services clearly - Support store operations including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing duties - Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently Requirements - Previous Rogers sales experience is REQUIRED - Experience working at a Rogers dealer or wireless retail store preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Comfortable with activations, upgrades, port-ins, and financing processes - Basic knowledge of wireless devices and accessories - Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude - Ability to work flexible part-time shifts, including weekends What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay + sales incentives - Friendly and supportive work environment - Growth opportunities within the company - Employee discounts - Hands-on experience in a fast-growing wireless retail business If you have Rogers wireless sales experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
