Accounts Receivable Clerk (Bolton)

Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our trucking and logistics team. The ideal candidate will assist with invoicing, payment processing, administrative support, and day-to-day accounting functions within a quick-paced transportation setting. Responsibilities - Verify PODs (Proofs of Delivery) and ensure all required documents are complete - Confirm rate confirmations match dispatched loads and billing details - Invoice customers promptly once loads are delivered - Upload invoices and supporting documents to factoring portals - Track and monitor all invoices issued and received - Process and clear received customer payments - Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections - Enter company expenses and maintain accurate records - Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks - Provide general office and administrative support as needed - Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Qualifications - Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or trucking administration preferred - Experience in the trucking/logistics industry is considered an asset - Familiarity with: - Kordovatek TMS - QuickBooks - Rev Capital Portal - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office software - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work independently - Strong communication and follow-up skills Preferred Experience - Transportation or logistics accounting experience - Experience handling customer invoicing and collections - Familiarity with factoring companies and portals We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and motivated to grow with our company.
