Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, Supervisor (Caledon)

Job Summary Peel Landscaping is a well established landscape company, operating for 35 years. We service numerous commercial and estate properties in the Caledon, Orangeville and surrounding area. We’re looking to hire a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, Supervisor to join our growing team. Requirements - Minimum 4-5 years Experience in grounds care/lawn maintenance - Minimum 2 years supervisory experience - An eye for a very high level of detail - Be well organized and punctual - Clean drivers record and experience operating a truck and trailer - Supervise the work of crew members to ensure quality, proper safety and productivity - Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, general maintenance. - Must be able to get to our location in Caledon, just south of Orangeville for 7am, Monday-Friday - Operate power equipment including, but not limited to lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc. - Train Crew Members - Conduct Daily Inspections on vehicles, tools and equipment Perks & Benefits - Advancement Opportunities - Winter work also available - Uniform and training provided - Comprehensive benefits package and pension plan available - We offer modern, well maintained equipment and a positive/fun work workplace - Competitive salaries growing dependent on experience If you think you have what it takes, apply within!
