Now Hiring: Pharmacy Cashier, Merchandiser & Customer Service Representative We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in Bolton, Ontario. Accepted applicants will be hired immediately! Experience & Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a front-store pharmacy cashier and merchandiser. Solid knowledge of pharmacy front-store items and Over-The-Counter (OTC) products. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, both in-store and over the phone. Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and general questions. Resolve customer complaints smoothly and according to established guidelines. Manage inventory by performing assigned stock counts, receiving incoming shipments, and placing orders. Process transactions accurately and control cash, cheques, and other payments in accordance with our cash-handling policy. Comply with all store policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Maintain a qualified image, which includes wearing a clean and complete uniform with a name badge. Perform other related duties as required to support the pharmacy team. Essential Skills & Qualifications Communication: Fluent in English (able to read, write, and speak clearly). Technical: Proficient in general computer use and able to operate a variety of office equipment (phone systems, printers, fax machines, and computers). Interpersonal: A team-oriented team player with a positive attitude. Analytical: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
