The General Restaurant Manager duties include, but are not limited too: - Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards - Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W; brand - Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs - Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team - Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees - Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed - Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees - Ordering and managing inventory - Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a rapid food restaurant What we offer: Full benefits, a great bonus program, an opportunity to grow with the company, on-the-job training Requirements : - G2 license - Access to a reliable vehicle - Restaurant management experience - two years or more - Food handling certificate - Quick service restaurant experience preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Outstanding social skills and love for interacting with other people - A leader and a team player - Basic English language skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p6pm2
