We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Heavy Equipment Operator with over 8 years of experience in civil construction. This role requires proficiency in heavy machinery operation, including excavation, grading, and trenching. You'll be guiding junior operators, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring safety compliance at all job sites.

Key Responsibilities:• Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers safely • Perform excavation, trenching, and grading to tight tolerances • Mentor junior operators and laborers on-site • Conduct daily inspections of all equipment • Coordinate with truck drivers to meet schedules

Requirements:• Minimum 8 years of heavy equipment operating experience • High proficiency with excavators and dozers • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation • Relevant operator certifications and safety training • Strong communication skills and reliability
