With continued expansion across operations, they are looking to add to their accounting team to support increased business activity and complexity. The Opportunity

This is a newly created role driven by company growth, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, month-end activities, and financial reporting within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Support full-cycle accounting and month-end close Prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations Work closely with inventory accounting, including tracking, valuation, and reporting Assist with variance analysis and reporting to support business decisions Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controlsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and other departments Support audit and compliance requirements as needed Qualifications

5+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA designation (or actively working toward completion) preferred Experience working in inventory-based environments (manufacturing, food processing, or wholesale distribution) is required Strong ERP experience (mid-to-large systems required; NetSuite considered an asset)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation&Benefits

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Bonus: 5% of base salary Group benefits program RRSP program with 3% employer contribution 3 weeks’ vacation
