Warehouse Operations Supervisor Needed, Bolton

Lead daily warehouse operations as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor focused on efficiency and personnel management. Work Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

In this role, you will supervise warehouse staff and oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure production goals are met. Develop work schedules, implement training programs, and maintain equipment to enhance productivity. Your leadership will create a motivated workforce committed to safety and success.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop shipping and receiving schedules to enhance efficiency • Supervise all inbound and outbound shipments ensuring accuracy • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to analyze productivity • Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment with management • Draft daily end-of-shift reports for management review

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 1-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan • Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT regulations • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for some locations
