About Plumbs Up Plumbing & Drains - Family owned and operated - Family-friendly, people-first culture - Local, community-focused plumbing company serving the community - Emphasis on high-quality workmanship, transparency with customers, and a positive work environment - Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a supportive team What you’ll do (Responsibilities) - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing issues (drains, leaks, faucets, toilets, etc.) - Install and repair residential fixtures and systems with attention to code and safety - Provide clear, friendly communication with customers - Complete service visits efficiently and leave job sites clean - Document work performed and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes What we’re looking for (Qualifications) - Ontario 306A license (Licensed Plumber) - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (clean driver’s abstract required) - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and responsibly, with a focus on quality workmanship - Residential service plumbing experience preferred (solid knowledge of common home plumbing systems) - Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset Compensation & Benefits - Wage range: CAD 65,000 – 100,000 per year - Bonus and profit-sharing potential - Uniform provided - Company-provided cell phone and iPad Schedule & Perks - Full-time, daytime hours - No on-call or after-hours shifts - Supportive, fun work environment - Team events - Ongoing training weekly We’re excited to hear what you’ll bring to the team!
