Restaurant General Manager Be part of a mature, fun leadership team and excel your career with A&W.; Responsibilities - Manage the operations of one location. - Manage the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards. - Coach the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W; brand. - Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs. - Lead the staff to achieve service times and work as a part of the team. - Spend reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees. - Ensure all food safety regulations are followed. - Hire, retain, and terminate employees. - Order and manage inventory. - Perform other duties which involve the day‑to‑day operation of a quick food restaurant. Qualifications - Two or more years of restaurant management experience. - Quick service restaurant experience preferred. - College or university education preferred. - Food handling certificate. - Access to reliable transportation. - Ability to work in a quick‑paced workplace. - Great social skills and love for interacting with other people. - A leader and a team player. - Basic English language skills.
