Manage the operations of one location. Manage the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards. Coach the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand. Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs. Lead the staff to achieve service times and work as a part of the team. Spend reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees. Ensure all food safety regulations are followed. Hire, retain, and terminate employees.Order and manage inventory. Perform other duties which involve the day‑to‑day operation of a quick food restaurant. Qualifications

Two or more years of restaurant management experience. Quick service restaurant experience preferred. College or university education preferred. Food handling certificate. Access to reliable transportation. Ability to work in a fast‑paced workplace. Great social skills and love for interacting with other people.A leader and a team player. Basic English language skills.
