Position Overview We are hiring a Support Counsellor / Residential Addictions Support Worker for a residential addiction treatment program. This role is best suited for someone with addiction, mental health, recovery support, social service, psychology, or related training, along with hands-on experience supporting individuals in recovery. This is not a psychotherapy role. The position focuses on client support, structure, group facilitation, documentation, boundaries, and helping maintain a safe, recovery-oriented residential environment.
