This is a senior position that requires a minimum of 10 years experience working with MSP clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and troubleshooting computer networks, software applications, and hardware components. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, installing and configuring software, and providing technical assistance to users. Responsibilities: - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. - Perform system backups and recovery. - Manage user accounts and security permissions. - Implement security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues. - Provide technical support to users.
