Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends. **Must be available to work on Sundays.** **Job Duties:** - Greet patrons when they enter the building; making them feel welcome - Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons - Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken and easy to communicate with - Work well and closely with all other team members - Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into POS system - Must be able to use reservation system (Open Table) - Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items and explain cooking techniques. - Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved. - Follow all company policies and procedures **Requirements:** - Must have Pro Serve certification and be at least 18 years of age (for the server position) - Outgoing personality - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele - Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant is required **We select only the best.
