Vehicle Graphics & Signs Sales Coordinator (Calgary)

Ignition Digital Graphics has been Calgary's premier vehicle wrap and sign shop for over 33 years. We're looking for a sharp, people-first team member to be the face and voice of our front end, handling everything from first contact to post-installation follow-up. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the connective tissue between our customers and our production team. That means answering phones, replying to emails, and greeting walk-ins with the kind of energy that makes people feel like they came to the right place. You'll prepare estimates for vehicle wraps, signs, and graphics, and then follow through to convert those quotes into booked jobs. This isn't passive order-taking, it's inside sales, and we want someone who takes pride in their close rate. Once jobs are booked, you'll manage the installation experience end to end: sending appointment reminders, setting arrival expectations, walking customers through the process, explaining vehicle wrap aftercare, and following up after the work is done to make sure they're thrilled. What We're Looking For - Genuinely energized by talking to people, whether in person, on the phone, or in writing - This role is the heartbeat of our customer experience. If you're not here, our customers aren't being taken care of, so punctuality and consistency aren't just appreciated, they're essential - Prior experience with signs, vehicle wraps, or the print/graphics industry, or someone with a strong can-do attitude and the drive to learn fast - Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning a process from start to finish - A self-starter who doesn't need to be reminded to follow up - Comfortable with numbers and basic unit conversions, no advanced math required, but you need to be someone who enjoys getting the details right Bonus Points - Experience estimating in a print or sign shop - Experience with Cyrious Control shop management software - Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator Why Ignition We're a hardworking crew that genuinely loves what we do and takes real pride in the quality of work leaving this shop.
