Highlander Wine & Spirits is looking for a dynamic individual to help us lead our team at the retail level. The responsibilities of this position include: - Retail sales - Offering best-in-class customer service for all retail customers - Responsible for assisting with customer inquiries regarding wine cellar management and sales - Delivering a high level of service and customer experience - Maintaining pace on new products, and industry trends - Merchandising, ensuring the store is stocked and procedures and policies are followed Requirements: - Enthusiastic, you have an infectious, go-getter attitude - Constantly staying inspired, generating new ideas - Have Sommelier, WSET or ISG equivalent training - Positive attitude and spirit, willingness and enthusiasm in embracing new challenges - Value strong teamwork and can effectively participate and motivate others working within a team environment - Goal-oriented - A clear self-starter - Ability to take direction, be coached and adapt to change - Have existing wine/spirit knowledge When you send us your resume, you must include a cover letter that answers the following 3 questions, or you will not be considered: 1.
