Retail Skincare Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time) (Calgary)

In this role, you become the go-to person for skincare and dermo-cosmetic products , helping customers navigate choices while ensuring the retail area stays organized, inviting, and well-stocked. What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting customers with skincare and dermo-cosmetic product selections - Listening to customer concerns and helping guide them toward appropriate products - Maintaining the skincare retail section, including merchandising and displays - Monitoring inventory levels and supporting retail product ordering - Receiving shipments and stocking shelves - Ensuring shelves are clean, organized, and easy for customers to navigate - Processing retail purchases and supporting front-store operations - Working closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless customer experience What You Bring - Experience in retail, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty sales - Interest or knowledge in skincare products and routines - Strong customer service and communication skills - A friendly, approachable presence on the retail floor - Strong organization and attention to detail - Reliability and a team-first mindset Compensation & Schedule - $19.00 to 23.00 per hour, depending on experience - Part-time or full time position - Flexible schedule Why Join Cambrian Pharmacy Cambrian Pharmacy is a trusted neighbourhood pharmacy serving northwest Calgary.
