If so, Orange Frog Productions Inc. is looking for someone like you to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. At Orange Frog Productions Inc., we create high-impact live event experiences through lighting and technical production. From concerts and corporate events to galas and large-scale productions, our success depends on preparation, organization, and an incredible team behind the scenes. We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and dependable Warehouse Associate to support our production operations and help ensure every show leaves the shop accurately, efficiently, and ready for success. The Position You will be a key part of our warehouse and operations team, responsible for preparing equipment, maintaining organization, supporting logistics, and helping ensure our production department operates at a high standard. Specifically, as a Warehouse Associate, you will: - Prepare, pull, scan, and organize equipment orders for upcoming productions and rentals. - Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. - Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational standards. - Test, clean, and inspect lighting and production equipment. - Assist with equipment returns, quality control checks, and inventory tracking. - Help maintain accurate inventory counts and equipment documentation. - Support truck packing and logistics planning for efficient show deployments. - Assist technicians and department leads with shop prep and production builds. - Identify damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment and communicate issues promptly. - Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. - Assist with general warehouse operations and adapt to changing production priorities. Specifically, you will have the following skills and attributes: - You are highly organized and detail-oriented. - You work efficiently and maintain a strong pace without sacrificing accuracy. - You are dependable, accountable, and show up ready to work. - You enjoy physical, hands-on work and staying active throughout the day. - You work well under pressure and can adapt to changing priorities. - You communicate well and contribute positively to team environments. - You take initiative and look for ways to improve organization and workflow. - You understand that preparation and attention to detail are critical in live events. - You are willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. - You appreciate a perfectly packed truck, neatly wrapped cable, and organized warehouse more than most people probably should. Additional Requirements - Previous warehouse, logistics, production, or live events experience is considered an asset. - Forklift certification or experience is considered an asset. - Experience driving cube vans, 5-ton trucks, or trailers is a must. - Comfortable lifting and moving production equipment safely. - Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends during busy production periods. - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of live event production equipment is considered an asset but not required. - Valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract is a must!
