The Prospect: As a Retail Team Lead, you are responsible for being an insurance expert in addition to motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships. Full-Time career working out of our Calgary Fisher Street branch location.
